4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p98 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.3 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your p98 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. p98 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
4.4 If you suspect that your p98 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify p98 support immediately via live chat. p98 will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of such investigation.
p98 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires you to submit:
KYC documents are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. Accounts with incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC will not be permitted to withdraw funds. p98 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. p98 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Deposits traced to a payment account not registered under your verified identity will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. p98 reserves the right to perform additional security and anti-fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. p98 may request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds deposited to your account. All transactions on the p98 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p98 does not apply currency conversion fees for PKR transactions. Any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside p98's control and are your sole responsibility.
6.1 p98 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, international cricket series, or Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all p98 promotional offers:

Any evidence of systematic bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage will result in the immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p98 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and all associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation:

11.1 The p98 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p98 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 p98 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. p98 does not guarantee that any specific game outcome, betting result, or financial return will be achieved through use of the Platform.
11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, p98's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by you into your p98 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 p98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if p98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.1 p98 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p98 will provide reasonable notice to players by email to the registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
12.2 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any Real Funds balance.
